Mike’s Chicken Shack regards the safety of their customers and employees as the number one priority. Our company has always maintained the highest standards of food and food handling safety. Since day one we have obtained <99% of our inventory and supplies from a commercial supplier NOT opened to the general public. Since the latest COVID 19 issue we have supplemented our Pre and Post service sanitizing procedures with sterilizing surfaces during our events as well. Employees do not handle customer’s credit cards at our POS and sanitize the keypad after every transaction. In addition our commercial supplier and commissary has implemented extra safety procedures of hourly surface sanitation, the wearing of gloves as well as a 6’ easement between customers.
